ハローキティと KISS のコラボレーション「KISS HELLO KITTY」がアメリカでアニメ化決定！
TIME 誌の記事をチェックしていたら、『Hello Kitty and KISS to Team Up For New Animated Series（ハローキティと KISS が新アニメ・シリーズに向けて協力）』（2013年3月）という記事を目にしました。
こんなハローキティあったんですね！
昨日公表された KISS の公式 Facebook ページの投稿によると、このコラボは2010年にすでに商品化されていたそうですが、全然知りませんでした。ハローキティ、めっちゃいかついです。

記事によると、アニメの仮タイトルは『Kiss Hello Kitty』で、放映するのは『マイリトルポニー ～トモダチは魔法～（My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic）』で知られる The Hub。製作総指揮に KISS のリーダー、ジーン・シモンズ（Gene Simmons）も加わっています。
アニメのあらすじは
four Kiss x Hello Kitty characters living their rock ‘n’ roll dreams and bringing pink anarchy to every situation they are in.
ということで、ハローキティと化した KISS がロックンロールを夢見ながらキュートに大暴れする、という感じでしょうか。
さらに IndustryGamers というサイトのインタビュー記事『KISS Frontman Gene Simmons Confirms Angry Birds Game, In Talks with PlayStation』（2012年2月）によると、Angry Birds とのコラボも企画中とのこと。

KISS はこれまでにもマーベル（Marvel）とコラボしてアメコミになったりしていましたが、自分たちをキャラ化するだけでは物足りなくなり、他のキャラを KISS 化する方向に進化しているようです。
いかついハローキティのアニメもさることながら、いかつい Angry Birds もめっちゃ気になります。
