tabasco

「しかも、Made in USA やしな!」

Best If Used By” と書かれていることもあります。

Best If Used By | RecipeTips.com

A date stamped on food items that indicates the recommended length of time a product retains it’s best quality or flavor. It is a date, that serves as a guide to indicate that the food stamped with a date is best if it is used before or by the period of time indicated. The Best If Used By Date does not indicate that the product must be purchased by that date and it is not a safety issue date. The Best If Used By Date is also known as Best Before date.

“Best If Used By” は、家にあったパスタの箱に書かれていました。
Best If Used By
一方、”Better If Used By” と書かれているものもありました。
Better If Used By 1
Better If Used By 2

Sell By 1
Sell By 2

sell by | RecipeTips.com

A date used to indicate how long a food item can remain on a shelf before it is no longer considered fresh or of a quality level sufficient to be sold to consumers. Sell By Dates are most often used for fresh products with shorter shelf lives, such as milk, meat, poultry, seafood, fish, baked goods, and similar items that may spoil within days. Consumers should not purchase products displaying a Sell By date that has passed the day it is being purchased, since the item has reached a point where it is to be removed from the store shelves. The product will remain fresh, if stored properly, for approximately 3 days after the Sell By Date. Sell By Dates may also be referred to as Should Not Purchase After Date or Expiration Date.

Should Not Purchase After Date” や “Expiration Date” と書かれていることもあります!)
